Yes, to every governorate with Bosta. It usually takes 2–4 days in Cairo & Giza and a little longer elsewhere. Delivery starts from EGP 80 and is free on orders over EGP 4,000.

Do you deliver across Egypt?
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, card, Meeza, or instalments with valU, Souhoola and Aman. Outside Egypt we take Visa and Mastercard.
How do I know my size?
Every product page has a size chart and the size our model is wearing. Still unsure? Send us your usual size on WhatsApp and we’ll help you pick.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes. You have 14 days to exchange or return, as long as the piece is unworn with the tags on. Message us on WhatsApp to start. Full details in our Exchange & Refund Policy.
Where is my order?
Use your Bosta tracking number on our Track your order page, or send us your order number on WhatsApp.
What fabrics do you use?
Soft tricot knits for winter, breathable cotton and linen for summer, and satin for our pyjamas. Each product page lists the exact fabric and care.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Yes, we now ship to Saudi Arabia, with more countries on the way. Delivery cost shows at checkout.
Is Callista in stores?
Not yet, beauty. We’re online only for now and deliver straight to your door.
